The mission of the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club is to inspire and enable all youth, especially from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, caring and responsible members of the community.

Our club is open for modified in-person after school care, providing a physically and emotionally safe space for kids. We take safety seriously and have COVID-19 protocols in place to help keep kids safe. Come join the fun!

Need childcare? Need FOOD or other essential services?
During COVID-19, Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club provides weekly food distribution to anyone in need. In addition, we have been giving out activity kits for kids, mini-libraries, diapers and PPE masks and hand sanitizer. We can help your children and teens access technology, complete school work, and receive tutoring. Classes for teens include gang prevention, Relationship Smarts, social interaction, wellness, the arts and physical fitness.

Since the pandemic began, the number of people coming to the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club for help has increased by 400%. Help a child, family or senior through this crisis. Food & Nutrition Services
Healthy meals are served daily for kids at The Club. Thursdays we hold our weekly food bank for families in need of food & other essentials.

Each day after school, the Club opens from 2:30 - 6:30pm to provide homework help, tutoring, social recreation, sports, art and dance, and healthy meals served daily.

Full Day Program
When school's out, Clubs are in. The Club opens for full day programs from 7:30am-6:00pm when there is no school. Kids participate in academics, STEM, art, dance, sports & recreation. Call to find out more: (323) 221-9111.
Holiday Camps
During school holidays and summer break, we offer a full day camp at the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club. Holiday and Summer Camp hours are 7:30am - 6:00pm. Come join the fun!

Come browse through our new additions daily, which include high-end merchandise and vintage finds.
Our resale store is open five days a week. New or gently used items are available for purchase. The proceeds from these sales are recycled back into the club to support our programs and services.
We accept donations from the community and always have a wide variety of items available – household goods, books, clothing and more – all at reasonable prices.

For over 75 years, the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club has accomplished its goals of inspiring and transforming lives by providing a safe place for kids during the hours when young people are most vulnerable to negative influences.
At the Club, young people can be themselves, be proud, and experience opportunities never thought possible.
